4 graham crackers
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons granulated sugar

¼ cup marshmallow fluff or 2 jumbo marshmallows
1. Place the graham crackers in a plastic bag and use a rolling pin to crush them into fine crumbs.
2. Whisk the flour, 2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Add the milk and egg and whisk to combine. Transfer to a microwave-safe mug.

3 tablespoons whole milk
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1 tablespoon (14g) cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
2 tablespoons (28g) whole milk
1⅓ cups (223g) chopped strawberries
¼ cup (28g) confectioners’ sugar
Whipped cream, for serving
1. In a small bowl, mix the flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon and baking powder.
2. Add the butter and cut it evenly into the flour mixture with a fork. Add the milk and stir until the mixture comes together. Set aside.
3. In a large microwave-safe mug, stir together the strawberries and confectioners’ sugar. Pour the oat topping over the berries.

1.Grease a microwave-safe ramekin or cereal bowl with cooking spray and set aside.
2.In a small mixing bowl, combine your dry ingredients and mix well. Add your almond butter and coconut milk and mix until a thick batter remains. Fold in your chocolate chips (and any other add-ins of choice).
3.Transfer your mug cake batter to the greased ramekin/cereal bowl. Place in the microwave and microwave for 1-2 minutes, or until just set.
4.Remove from the microwave and let sit for 1 minute, before enjoying.
