- Firstly, take 3 peel medium-to-large bananas and place them in a large mixing bowl.

- If you like, then add 3 tablespoons of jaggery or preferred sugar in mashed bananas. Sugar is not necessary for making banana pancakes. If you want sugar-free pancakes then you can skip adding sugar or jaggery.
- If you’re making pancakes with vanilla extract, then you should add some vanilla essence to the batter.
- Mix very well.
- Then add 1 cup of whole wheat flour and add some lightly crushed fennel seeds for a floral aromatic flavor or other flavorings such as cinnamon or cardamom.
- Then add some water to the batter bit by bit.
- Mix to form a loose and smooth batter. You can add more or less water depending on the quality of whole wheat flour.
- Now, mix the batter until there are no lumps. The batter should mix properly.

- First, measure 1 cup of gram flour (besan) and pour it into a mixing bowl.

- Finely chopped coriander leaves

- Finely chopped green chilies
- Then add salt as per taste, add some turmeric powder, chili powder, carom seeds (ajwain).

- Now heat tawa on low- flame and add a little bit of oil, then pour the batter and spread with help of a spoon.

- Follow this process and make all chillas.

- Firstly, finely chopped onion, tomatoes, cucumber, carrot, green chilies.
- Then take a cup of yogurt and add all veggies.
- Add salt as per taste and some cumin seeds powder, mix well.
- Take sliced bread and layer the mixture on it.
- Heat the pan, add a little butter, and roast the bread.
- Now serve the hot sandwich with sauce.
How to make Rava Upma
- First roast semolina (Rava) on medium-low heat for 3-4 minutes or until the raw smell goes off and do not overcook. Transfer to a bowl and let it be cool.
- Now heat oil in a pan, then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chana dal, urad dal to the oil.
- Add peanuts and cashew nuts and roast them until they turn lightly golden and aromatic.
- Then add curry leaves, green chilies, and ginger and saute for a minute.
- add chopped onions fry until they are transparent. Then add chopped carrots and green peas and mix well and saute for a minute.
- Now add some water and salt as per taste.
- Bring the water to a boil and turn the heat to medium.
- Once the water comes to a boil, start adding the roasted Rava, little at a time to boiling water while stirring continuously in one direction.
- Then mix until there are no lumps. Now Cover and cook it on a low flame for hardly 3-4 minutes. Then open the lid and stir again.
- Add chopped coriander leaves, and lemon juice then stir and add ghee then mix well.
- Now switch off the flame and let it sit for 5 minutes. Serve with chutney.
