Karnataka has much Tourism throughout the year. The place become the third most popular state for tourism in 2018. It is home to the UNESCO World Heritage site. The state has 21 wildlife sanctuaries and 5 national parks.
Bangalore is the capital of Karnataka. It is home for many people belongs to different backgrounds, culture or religion. The city is called the IT hub of India and the house of many Hardware, software, and telecom companies. You can also visit Bannerghatta Park, Lalbagh Garden, Tipu Sultan Palace, WonderLa Theme park, Aerospace Museum, etc here. The best way to reach here is via rail i.e. Bangalore railway station and Via Air i.n. Bengaluru International airport.

Coorg is the most less crowded hill station in Karnataka. Its natural beauty, scenery, greenery areas attract you. You can spend your time from your day-to-day life. Hampi is located near the banks of Tungabhadra. The place is declared as a World Heritage site by UNESCO. It is the remains of the Vijayanagar kingdom and a house of many historical ruins. It is one of the best tourist places in India. There are nearly 500 magnificent structures here and all have their own story. The nearest airport is Hubli Airport which is located 74 km away from Hampi.
Mysore is the oldest city in Karnataka. It is the second-largest city of Karnataka. Many cities in India maintain their old charm which includes Mysore. There are many temples, museums, impressive places, heritage structures, etc to visit here. You can also visit Brindavan Gardens which is a must visiting place in Mysore. The Bangalore Airport is located 184 km away from Mysore. Mysore is famous for Silk and Sandalwood products like soap, incense stick, sandalwood oil, etc.
Shivanasamudra waterfalls are located in the Mandya district of Karnataka. The fall running to each other called Gaganachukki and Bharachukki. Swimming is not allowed here but you can take bath here. The waterfall here makes this place more beautiful. Bangalore Airport has located 175 km away from this place and Mysore station is located 80 km away from it. This is the most eye soothing place in Karnataka.
Gokarna is the smallest city in Karnataka. It is a less polluted town situated in north Kannad dist of Karnataka. Don’t forget to visit the Mahabaleshwar temple. You will get much knowledge of the history of this temple. There are many beaches to visit here like Kudle beach, Om Beach, and Gokarna beach. You can also enjoy thrilling water sports and serene sand. Gokarna is placed 150 km away from Vasco de Gana Airport and 60 km away from the Karwar rail station.
Jog fall is placed 850 feet from the ground. Jog fall is the second tallest fall in India. Don’t forget to go upside of the fall to enjoy the stunning view of the beautiful creation of Nature. The sound of Jog fall feels like the heaven of this place. You feel relax after visiting this area. The Sagar station is located 28 km away from the Jog fall and Hubli Airpot is located 130 km away from it. This is one of the best places for visiting in Karnataka.
Udupi is a town located near Mangalore between the Arabian sea and western ghat. The place is famous for temples and food. Don’t forget to visit the Shri Krishna temple in Udupi. It attracts many devotees over the world. There is a shiv mandir here, according to history the temple build over 100 years ago. The Udupi Cusine is most famous and delicious to enjoy here. This place is located 60 km away from Mangalore Airport. This place has its railway station.
Nandi hills are situated in the east part of Banglore. The place has many pristine lakes, temples, timeless monuments, etc. Don’t forget to visit the top view of these hills. The foggy weather and the cool place surely attract me to fall in love with this place. This scenery takes the tourist to a new world. Bengaluru Airport is located nearly to hills. You reach here only in 1 hour from the airport.
